No. I do a few 'webshop restocks' a year and some 'open door' events during which the ceramics are available for purchase. If anything is sold out, it is sold out until the next restock. I'll try to communicate the next restock dates as soon as I can commit to a specific date.

Yes you can. In the ordering procedure you can choose the option 'pick up at studio'. After completing your order, please send me an e-mail so we can pick a date.

We ship to various countries around the world. Check out the Shipping and returns page for a full list. If you live in a country that is currently not listed and would like to place an order, please send us a message and we'll see what we can do.

Normally I will ship your order in 4 working days. When shipped you will be notifed by E-mail containing your Track & Trace Code.

It is possible to return your order unused and undamaged within 14 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that ceramics are fragile and you need to pack the products well. When your return is received in good shape your purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days.The risk of loss or damage during transport is for you. It can happen that products damage during transport. When this happened I kindly ask you to contact me by e-mail: studio.timmerman@gmail.com within 48 hours. Please include your order number, name and a good picture(s) of the damaged products.

In case of a defect item within 12 months please send me a e-mail with a good photo of the defect: studio.timmerman@gmail.com.

Short answer; Yes you can. I feel that in order to enjoy pottery the most, you should be able to use it as often and as easy as you would want to. And for that reason, I make sure that all tableware I create is made so that it can be put in the oven and microwave, and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Note; Some unique non-tableware one-offs (i.e. lamps) are potentially not dishwasher / oven / microwave friendly. If that is the case, it will be clearly noted on its product page.

All ceramics are made by hand, one at a time. Every now and then there is a small update or improvement on the ceramics taking the design, in my vision, to the next level. This updated design, how minor the change may be, can be noticeable when you compare it directly to the same product of a different generation.
