How long will it take for my order to be shipped?


Normally I will ship your order in 4 working days. When shipped you will be notifed by E-mail containing your Track & Trace Code.




Can I order a product that is out of stock?


Yes you can. You can simply order the product and complete the payment. When the order product is back in stock and send you be notified by e-mail. Keep in mind the delivery time will be approximately two to three weeks.




Can I pick-up my order?


Yes you can. In the ordering procedure you can choose the option 'pick up at studio'. After completing your order, please send me a e-mail so we can pick a date.




Is it possible to return my order?


It is possible to return your order unused and undamaged within 14 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that ceramics are fragile and you need to pack the products well. When your return is received in good shape your purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days.The risk of loss or damage during transport is for you. What do I have to do with damaged goods during transport?


It can happen that products damage during transport. When this happened I kindly ask you to contact me by e-mail: hello@studiotimmerman.com within 48 hours. Please include your order number, name and a good picture(s) of the damaged products.




What do I have to do with a defect product?


In case of a defect item within 12 months please send me a e-mail with a good photo of the defect: hello@studiotimmerman.com.




I placed an order, but I did not receive a confirmation email


Please contact us, describe your order and we will check whether the order has been received.
